The federal deficit in 2011 is predicted to be $1.5 trillion, 40% of the 2011 budget!
Only 53% of wage earners pay all federal income taxes. 47% pay no federal income tax.
So the left wing liberal politicians conclude the problem is that the 53% are under taxed!
